Estimate was $60 from his wife, $75 when he arrived at the door, and an additional 50% over that to bring it up to pitch. He also looked under the instrument to see why the loudness control of the reproducer was not performing the way it should. When he left, not only was the instrument not completely tuned (two notes did not dampen the way they should have and two days after the instrument seems out of tune), but the attempt to fix the mechanism left the player only striking half the notes.
Description of Work: The piano tuner tuned a baby grand reproducer, bringing it up to pitch.
