Toilet resealed but shims were exposed and not very professional looking results, probably will leak in future. Light fixture was cheap, but service man complained and should've denied work, instead hung and it fell 2 hours after he left, breaking the fixture. Service man stated that they normally don't do estimates. He walked through house but gave no estimate, told him it was OK to call me back or email estimate. Emailed them 2 months ago and secretary told me that service man would call me, never did. Tried 3 times to get them to give estimate, she never stated about not giving estimates. won't use them again.

Great. Mr Johnson arrived within the stated time he went right to work and had everything done in less than an hour.

The came in and did what needed to be done within 6 hours

Vinson sent a repair guy the next day. He even installed the mixer valve that I had purchased. It took the technician about 1.5 hours to complete the repair. Once finished, he went over the steps he took and showed me that everything was operational.

It was new home warranty work, so there was no charge to us. Dan was the serviceman. He was very personable and knowledgeable about his job. The receptionist from Vinson's called to let me know he was on his way on the day of the service call. I was pleased with the service.

We looked on Angie's list for the best rated provider and found Vinson Plumbing and called.  They gave us a time and date and showed up just as promised.  The gentlemen that came out was a true professional and did his job very well.  Our kitchen sink had a clog and he identified the trouble immediately.  If anything electrical or plumbing happens again we will be call Vinson Electrical and Plumbing.

Very pleased. Supervisor came to house first and told repairman parts needed and scoped the work . Repairman showed up on time and completed work very quick

Provider was on time and very professional and workman like.

Arrived at 8am and worked until 10:30.

Work was as requested and completed including clean up.

This house was wired weird, switches located in odd places. Wiring that had been messed with by a non professional. I  had a kitchen light that would blink off and then come back on. The connections to the light had been checked and found to be fine so the problem had to be further along in the wiring. While checking the light a hot wire to no where was discovered. Some more amateur wiring done in this house by previous owners? Hard to know for certain. Most of the deficient wiring we were able to correct ourselves but this light was a concern. 
The smart option was to call someone who does this for a living. He asked precise questions, had to work up in the attic several different times on a very hot humid day. He asked permission before doing things that might cause damage to the drywall. He got the lights wired they way I wanted them and then tried to trace that hot wire down that went to no where. He was unsuccessful. I asked him to isolate it which he did. He made certain to tell me what needed to be done to reverse it if we should ever find a dead outlet or switch.
As a test I've left the light on since he left here this morning. So far its shining without the intermittent blinking off.

They were are really great company, very professional, and very accommodating with all of my needs.

Showed up willy-nilly. Staff helps themselves to your home. While apprentice worked on assembly and wiring, the older team members sit in the truck and smoke talk on the phone etc. I had to go to emergency medical appoint. Neighbor called and said they were all up on the scaffolding with their backs to the job just talking. When I returned, they unmounted my heirloom antique clawfoot soaker tub and began to move it out. They also had removed all the brass fittings and placed them I need the tub. They said that their office had instructed them to remove it. But I had no such agreement with them. Their job was to install the chandeliers. They blew off that day's work. They had taken half day the previous day by someone's grandchild was sick. I still had to pay, by their trucks' GPS they were at my house both days...you need an entire team of lawyers and forensic logistical to keep up with their many excuses. The workers spend most of their time talking about their trysts with the office staff and which ones can or will do what. Yucky yucky yucky. Save your stomach and nerves and hire a team that is serious. No matter what mess they leave you in you will still pay like you had the entire engineering team from Goddard Space Industries. And forget about damages they cause to your home.

After a week goes by without hearing from him, I call them back and was told that he was very busy and he should call me within a couple days. It's now been a total of three weeks and still nothing. I will not be using them again.

Returned from vacation and found a leaking pipe between house and faucet. I removed siding and found the rusting pipe extending from interior of the house.
Referred to Angie's List and called Vinson Plumbing. They were very good about getting someone to the house to fix my problem that same day. The plumber, Dallas, did a good job.
I thought $137 was expensive for time spent to fix the problem and the material used.
I will probably use Vinson Plumbing and Electric in the future.
