Staff was customer-oriented and got to customers right away, were friendly and helpful. They Inspected my car right away without a wait and provided an estimate. They were unable to get the part until the following day, but kept me informed by phone as to what time the part would be there. I returned the following day and the part was installed. Military-connected people receive a 10% discount. I was impressed with their customer service, and cleanliness and comfort of the wait area. They also had ladies magazines - a plus.

They are very honest with what needs to be done to your car. They don't try to up sell you at all, they only tell you what actually needs to be done to your car. As a female that doesn't know a ton about cars, I always feel like car service places try and convice me that there's a lot I need to replace on my car, when actually those parts can last longer. I never feel like Tuffy does that. They only recommend what really needs to be replaced. I usually spend less than I expect to!
When they told me that I needed to replace my tires, they said that only 2 were dangerously slick, and also said that the standard tires would do fine, the expensive tires wouldn't be worth the extra money for using them on the car I had. But then they found out that they only had 2 standard tires, so they put on 2 of the more expensive tires too for no extra charge!! They are always looking to give you a deal. It almost seems to good to be true, but the guy there told me that they want people to come back so they're fair with their customers.
They aren't very quick though, so I would definitely recommend dropping off your car and picking it up when it's done. Great guys and they do a great job. But what I like most is how honest they are with you.
