I had used this company in the past and the experience this time around was totally different. I had to call several times to get my appointment scheduled because the tech they sent out kept on forgetting about me. When he finally showed up he was rather short with his answers and was no help in offering advice for the instillation of flood lights. I was very disappointed compared to the experience that I had had with other techs at this company.

The tech that came out was wonderful in trouble shooting the issue that I had been having with my light switches, and was kind enough to explain all the issues that were going on and give me pointers on avoiding issues in the future.
