Think South was referred to us by the original builder and realtor pending a move to the house. They had painted the house when it was built in early 2000's. The work was good and for the most part the management was responsive. I think for the area the price was slightly higher than in other southern areas. For the cost the trim should have been done. Coming in from another state, we had the work done on references.
