Fitness - Training
Everyone is professional, friendly and welcoming. I took two classes with Monika. She is a personal trainer and does also help instructing the boxing class in the evening. She has a passion for fitness, she is very knowledgable, she is a true professional, has great communication skills, challenged me, and pushed me to my limit. She is exactly what I needed to push me to the next level. I call her the "Killer". I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great, challenging workout. I also took a class with coach Mike. He is also an excellent choice to get you in shape. If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming, professional workout this is the place to go.
