They have held up the entire process on 2 occasions by not having the windows ready when they were promised. They did not deliver the windows on the initial date promised, nor did they call to say they weren't coming. When they did deliver the windows (after several calls from the builder) they did not deliver all of the windows. They again promised to have the remaining windows delivered on a certain date and did not show, nor call to say they would not be there on the promised day. We have had to staple plastic up over the openings where these windows belong, because the house has been insulated (because the windows were supposed to be there) and we were concerned about the weather. I, as the home owner, personally called to speak to the owner of the company and spoke to the only person who would take my call (not the owner), who gave me numerous excuses as to why the windows were not delivered. I left a message for the owner to return my call and was instructed he would be given the message and I have yet to hear back from him. The windows still have not arrived and it is ~2 weeks after the promised date. We are now "stuck" with this company as we have installed part of the windows and have no other option than to wait on them to get around to delivering the rest of our windows. We definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company. Even if they may be a little less expensive, it will cost you in the end. Hire a better quality and more reliable company instead!!
