Sams cleaning

We discussed what I needed: a deep clean in: an eat in style kitchen/dining room, living room, an entry room, and a bathroom. She quoted me a price of 150(which at the time and list of things I needed done, I thought was fair.) I suggested I might also need some help with folding some laundry (which would have been an additional 20$). At the time I was very pregnant, and I had been very sick for most of my pregnancy, and I just needed help gettong some cleaning done (windows, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning light fixtures, baseboards, and any walls and counters with finger prints from the kids and dogs to be wiped clean) I made sure all toys and things were picked up and out of the way so these things could be done. I also ended up deep cleaning the bathroom so that no longer needed cleaning. I also decided because I keep a lot of house plants, in my entry room, I didn't need her to deep clean their either. So Wednesday comes and she texts me to let me know she's running late, because she needed to buy cleaning supplies. She did not officially arrive until 1045. I revisited what I needed done, and informed her that the bathroom and entry room no longer needed to be cleaned. She was at my home for a total of 2 hours and failed to clean the light fixtures in kitchen/dining room, didn't wipe walls, and she mopped all the floors with a single pad on a swiffer type mop. She informed she was finished, and I asked how much payment was, thinking it had gone down in price considering original quote was for 3 rooms/1 bathroom and possibly laundry. She said the total was 180. I am unsure how she came up with that total considering she did a lot less than was asked originally. I hadn't even really inspected what was actually cleaned, as I had an appointment and I needed her to leave, I just paid her. My mother in law, is a professional house cleaner, and when she came over later that day, she was in disbelief that I had paid so much for so little to be done, in such a small area. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I had never hired someone to help me clean and I informed her of that. So, don't ever hire this service, they clean poorly, and given the opportunity they will take advantage of your naivety.
