About 1 to 2 years ago, their service person came out in the middle of December and about 2 weeks later, on Christmas Eve no less, my heat pump stopped working. I called their phone number & spoke to the owner, who made the house call himself to fix my heat pump. This is what exceptional customer service is all about.
I highly recommend Prime HVAC for any hvac issues or appliance repairs
They are always prompt and courteous.
I have a home shield contract since I purchased my home in 2007, and when I needed service on my ac/heat pump, Prime HVAC was the contracted service professional that was selected by (Old Republic Home Shield)
I have a cat who is very social and the service men don't seem to mind that she might be in the way, checking them out & seeing what they're doing.
They will do a follow up phone call for the appt. to see if we're still on schedule for that day & either let me know if they're running late or to see how my schedule is going. The can start the work on the outside if I'm not home yet.
I highly recommend Prime HVAC
