Parker Service arrived when expected, installed the new unit in another area of the yard- with some slight difficulties, because I wanted something a little different than originally agreed upon - and did not charge me anything different than what was shown in the estimate.
Yes, I would use Parker Service again.
"Thank you for allowing us to serve you."
"This system was checked on june 4th,and was found to have a faulty dual run capacitor, part was replaced on after hours service call, system ran normally after part was replaced, on june 6th homeowner placed another service request with their warranty provider, unit was checked and no malfunction was found at time of service due to the system operating normally and all components testing within normal limits. system was checked again on july 11th with no malfunction found at time of service due to the system operating normally and all components testing within normal limits. On aug.25th the unit was found to have a fan motor overheating, motor was replaced at the time of service. The homeowners warranty provider did not authorize after hours service after the first call. additionally the second request was received at noon and was serviced on the same day. The other service requests were serviced within 24 business hours"
"homeowner was advised that 3 problems were present with her system, #1 the system was too small for the home because an addition had been added to the home that increased the square footage of the home and the system had not been upgraded #2 The condenser coil was clogged with dirt and grass clippings causing the pressure in the coil to run abt 75-100 psi too high, and #3 the system was slightly low on refrigerant. Homeowner chose not to upgrade unit but did request coil to be cleaned., coil was cleaned and refrigerant added. 2 months later the condenser coil failed due to the unit operating for a period of time with the coil clogged with debris at higher than normal pressures as well as the system being run continuously due to it being too small for the house"
