Norm came to my house and gave me an estimate based on the size of the room, amount of paint that was needed, and time it would take him to do the job.  When we scheduled a date for him to do the job (my dining room), he arrived at the time he said he would.  He prepped the room nicely, including covering window molding and blinds.  He worked until he completely finished the job, with no breaks. 
When Norm finished painting, he thoroughly cleaned up the room and outside of the house, where he had additional paint supplies laying.
The room was a hot pink color when we moved in and Norm covered that color perfectly.  The pink did not bleed through my color at all.  He also touched up the white molding and ceiling--no trace of pink remains!
