We were very pleased with the overall experience that we had with Mike Pierce. Since we were first time home buyers he made sure to take the time to explain everything that was needed of us and gave us good recommendations as to what to do. He made sure that what we wanted and needed came first and in fact steered us away from a home that would have made him more money because, in hind sight, it would have been a very poor financial decision. We are absolutely in love with the house that we ended up purchasing through him and would highly recommend him to a friend or a stranger. The only problem that we encountered with him was that a few times he called us to reschedule appointments that we had made with him a week in advance because he was working with other customers.
