These guys were amazing professionals. They did everything they said they were going to do when they said they would do it. Showed up as scheduled to give an estimate and made a very reasonable quote. Scheduled a work date just a few days out and showed up as scheduled and took care of business and cleaned up as if they had never been there. I love our new roof and really appreciate Greg, Mr. Bedsole and the whole crew. Very pleased and I highly recommend.

I have had them out three times to have the roof leak fixed and it was still leaking, tried to contact several times and did not return a call, had to have another service provider fix the leak and they did it on the first visit.

holding off till funds are available. They carry and install several product lines of shingles with many to chose from. Also provided me with links to look all the options out there to pick from. Talking to this man was like talking to my brother--he was helpful.

We noticed water damage in one of the downstairs room, when I called Kenneth Bedsole Roofing, their rep, Jeremy, was at our residence the next day. He checked out the roof and advised us on our needs and what the costs would be. When my insurance representative came for an inspection, Jeremy met him on a Sunday and discussed the roof damages with him. Kenneth Bedsole gave me a time frame when he would replace the roof and was right on schedule. The roof was completely replaced in a day and a half, clean-up was exsceptional. I highly recommend this company for roof repairs.

I was walking through our bedroom and we have a sun room off of the bedroom which has its own little wing type area. All of a sudden water fell on me because of a rain storm and that's when we used them put in a new roof. This time he came out for free. The young men that did the job were great. They took a week to put on a new roof. They were not loud. They were gentlemen and were not cursing or anything. They were good to clean up after themselves because we have a pool in the yard and pets. They were very good.

Mr. Bedsole was very honest and told me that my roof doesn't need to be replaced at this time. He said that my roof will probably be good for at least another three years.

Kenneth Bedsole responded promptly to my telephone call, about having a new metal roof put on my older home. He measured and inspected the roof, and the surrounding exterior walls. Our home is 'stucco', and built in the 1920's- so I was apprehensive about having work done on it. The home had been having many 'leakage' problems before and after we moved in. Tthe previous owners had installed a new roof, to fix them them, however, the leaks, continued. We couldn't figure out why.
We spoke with Mr. Bedsole about this, and upon inspecting areas inside of the home, he stated that the roof that had been installed, had been installed incorrectly.
We told Mr. Bedsole, that we wanted a metal roof (that looked like Spanish tile) on our home. He said that he had installed metal roofing before, and said he was confident he could do the job- even though he had never worked with the particular metal roof system that we were interested in.. His part of the $30,000.00 price tag- ended up being just over $7,000.00. He explained everything that he would do (and gave us a list) and, after comparing his price to some of the other contractors in the area- we decided to hire him for the job.
His crew worked hard.. I had found 2 roofing nails that had fallen into the grass- and had some concern about this- and he made sure that his crew scoured the yard for any 'stragglers'. When they removed the old shingles- they threw them off of the roof, and onto the ground- accidently breaking 2 huge planters that I had (which they compensated us for, promptly). When we inspected the roof, after it was installed- we were amazed at the job that they had done.We shouldn't have.
10 months after the roof was put on, we had a very minor leak, in the roof- in the livingroom. We contacted Mr. Bedsole, and he promptly came out to inspect the problem. He said that the area that was leaking, was a particularly tricky area that was done- and that he would make sure it was sealed correctly. Someone came out the same day, and personally showed us what the issue was. He fixed the issue, making sure the work he did was cosmetically appealling- and left. It has been quite a while since the problem was fixed. We have had lots of rain- heavy rain. There are no leaks!
We get compliments from everyone that sees the roof. From a distance, it actually looks like a tile roof. Up close, it looks like a unique and professionally installed metal roof.

We are extremely happy with the work that was done. Kenneth Bedsole has done a fantastic job helping us to try to restore our home to some semblance of it's 'earlier look'.

I wanted to share some photos (if this site will allow it) for anyone that is considering hiring this contactor for roofing. A picture is worth a THOUSAND WORDS...(although, you've now read more than that, already).

It was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor of any kind. He was honest, professional, always on time, and a real gentleman. He never criticizes his competition. The new roof is perfect. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

We contacted 3 roofing companies and got estimates. We found out about this company from a mail out, also saw his sign in the neighborhood where he was repairing other roofs. Even talked to one of the other homeowners that used him and they recommended this contractor. Of the three estimates he was slightly lower. They were on time for meetings, provided samples of roofing materials and in general were very professional. They performed the work over a two day period and did a good job protecting the shrubbery and picking up nails and debris. They are also dealing with the insurance company for some of the difference between what we paid and what the insurance company paid us.
