About us

Home Inspection Services, LLC performs inspections on Existing Residential Homes, New Construction, Manufactured Homes and Commercial Buildings. Inspection fees start at 325.00 and vary depending on the size of the structure, location and if there is a crawl space or basement present. We perform inspections in Dothan, Enterprise, Ozark and the surrounding communities. Frank Hasch is a retired military veteran and proud supporter of our armed services. Licensed by the State of Alabama and member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors). President of the State Chapter of NAHI in 2009.

Our Home Inspection may include a visual and non-evasive structural inspection of the exterior and interior, electrical and heating and cooling systems. Items inspected will conform to the Pre-Inspection Agreement., plumbing, roof inspection

Let's just say that we found out the hard way that we should have contacted our OWN inspector, not one hired by our own realtor.



My realtor was an old friend, and I trusted him %100. Bad mistake.



We have to rip out our plumbing and electrical now to "fix" the upgrades (ha).

Frank was amazing. He was suggested to us by our real estate agent. Our agent helped us schedule the inspection within an hour and Frank came by  that week. Frank was patiently waiting in his car when I arrived for the inspection. Punctuality was important because I had to get to work. . He was extremely thorough. He spent over 3 hours checking the whole house. He told my husband what was wrong with the house and showed him the problem spots. He took pictures of everything and send us an email with the report and pictures within a few hours after leaving. He was extremely kind and I really enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector. We had many people in and out of the house giving us estimates on installing flooring, painting etc. and quite a few knew Frank as well. They all said he was the best inspector and we were lucky to have found him.
