It went extremely well. He has handled my A/C needs for the past several years and has always done an excellent job. I have called upon him on weekends, late at night and even during a holiday and he always comes to the rescue, which is very nice when you walk into your home after a long day at work to realize that your unit has frozen up and it's 100 degrees in your house. I have a slow leak in my unit and as soon as I am able, Kenneth Hatcher will be replacing my entire unit. I wouldn't trust anyone else but him! He will give you the best in service at an unbeatable price.

The owner is Kenneth Hatcher. I am getting ready to call him again this year to have the system checked. He is excellent. He works with me. He tries to do all he can to help you. He really evaluates the system. He is very thorough. He knows every little thing about it. He doesn't try to cheat you out. He tells you how much the work would cost and tells you how much everything will cost. He will tell you about everything little thing it is going to cost, where he is getting it from, and tell you how much he is going to charge you. If you don't have money, he will tell you not to pay him right now and he would work out something for it. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in what he does. When you tell him, he will show up; but if he can't, he calls you. He calls you in advance just to make sure that you are here.
