The Representative was punctual and friendly.  He matched a competitors price and placed the windows.  The job was rushed the day he came and he had to come back to correct his work.  They have honored the work and ordered window parts needed.  I would suggest that the corporate office not press the field reps so hard.  Rushing through to get to another job does not bring back return business.  I got a good reference for this company and would use them again but gave them only "good" for an over all grade. A little polishing on getting the job correctly the first time would have gotten them an excellent!
