DOTHAN POWER SPORTS

The bike was brought in on Friday before Memorial Day on a flatbed wrecker. I was greeted by Dustin whom I assume did the service, I never asked what his job was. Very polite an knowledgable young man. He explained all the things they would need to do to get the bike back to running sweet. I think it was the next day that he called me and gave me the total for everything. I gave the go ahead and was called Tuesday, day after holiday to come get it.
 
I had explained at the beginning that I didn't ride and it was a bike belonging to my dad who is deceased and was looking to have it worked on so as to sell it. I got to meet the manager Jay who shared some stories about my dad, which surprised and delighted me that he would remember him after 4+ years. He even remembered one of dad's riding buddies that would come into DPS with him. Both Dustin and Jay plus the counter staff were friendly, polite, and overall, great.
Dustin even rode the bike to my home for me, as I'm a nancy concerning motorcycles, but no one ever said anything to make me feel awkward about it. A drove Dustin back to Dothan Powersports and shook his hand and left. Absolutely great service and atmosphere.
