Getting them to build is no problem it’s getting them to repair. My patio cover was built in March 2017 a few days after the job was completed it rained and the patio cover leaked they did come out and tried to repair it using only caulking. Not only did that repair fail, this was May 2017, leaks developed in other areas. Ryan didnt respond to my texts or voicemails. and when I finally spoke to Ryan, end of May first of June 2017, he told me I have been placed on a “repair list” it is now March 2018 spoke to Ryan he informed me the only way he will send someone to my house is if a crew finishes a job early (like that’s going to happen) in other words since my check cleared I’m no longer worth their time and Im assuming the reason I’m not worth their time is because my project was small and or I’m not an affluent member of this community. just saying

Great price, decent wait times for product install.  Poor construction and tragically poor install. 
Installation failed to correctly install flashing along the entire joint where the porch cover joined the house fascia.  On the left side of the patio cover, the flashing was installed so that it is actually funneling water in between the porch cover and the house fascia.  Guaranteed point of failure if left in this condition.
The joints on the sides of the patio cover fascia are crude and the underside of the patio cover fascia (facing the road) is uneven.
When I paid the balance due on 2/5/16, I told the owner (Ryan) that the installation was defective.  He had an attitude and told me he would look at it the next week.  About the middle of the next week, he left a contact message with no content on my answering machine.  About 10 days later, I made it out to the rental house to inspect it.  The porch cover is still in the same defective condition. 
I have opened a BBB case and may well file in small claims court.

They did a fantastic job!  I love my new outdoor area and the work they did is high quality.
The only suggestion I would make is that they communicate better on when the job is going to be started. Initially, they gave me an estimate on a start date (i.e.,  "around" the last  week of July or the first week of August), which is completely understandable, but after we paid our down payment, it was like we didn't hear from them for about 3 weeks.  They called us once after putting down the down payment saying that they would call back with a definitive start date....but that never happened. Ultimately, we ended up having someone just show up unexpectedly on our doorstop to begin work.  Not the worst thing in the world, but I would have liked better communication. All in all, they did a great job and I would definitely use them again!
In fact, I need rain gutters--so I'll most likely give them another call in a week or so.

The entire experience was wonderful.The estimate was fair and the work was great. The workers were polite and professional. It couldn't have been better. I am completely satisfied with the job. They cleaned up eveything. And the owner even came out and inspected the job himself. This is the second job they did for me. I also had them to cover my patio which was another outstaniding job. That was in 2010. I will use them for all that I need done if they can do it.

Called for estimate and they were very professional and responded right away and gave us an estimate and we are still thinking on it.
