 + -1 moreSpent 6 hours in 2 days on the phone with foreign alleged service representatives that could not solve the problem. It had to be done in person.
Description of Work: THEY called me, offered an internet package and when asked not to send the modem yet, sent it to the vacation home and left it for a month. No one knew it was sent and no one was there to retrieve it. Had to drive 400 miles to find it and then return it after taking a day off from work.

 + -1 moreThey were supposed to put a lock on my service so we could not purchase movies and they failed to do so. Without me knowing, my daughter purchased several movies. They were also charging me for home phone service and internet which I didn't have through them. They were willing to provide free cable service to make up for the difference in pricing for the phone and internet services.
Description of Work: They provide my cable service.
