Spent 6 hours in 2 days on the phone with foreign alleged service representatives that could not solve the problem. It had to be done in person.

They were supposed to put a lock on my service so we could not purchase movies and they failed to do so. Without me knowing, my daughter purchased several movies. They were also charging me for home phone service and internet which I didn't have through them. They were willing to provide free cable service to make up for the difference in pricing for the phone and internet services.
