Because the area had a major storm that downed many trees, several weeks before, the Chandlers told us that it might be a few weeks before they would have an opening
With apologies each time, they kept in contact every several days to keep us up to date with apologies. But called the day before to find if the following day would be fine with our schedule. It was.
