Carpetland is a full service retail flooring, granite and quartz countertops store. We employee approximately 25 employees. There are several financing options available at any given time. Flooring installation carries a one year warranty unless otherwise stated. Carpetland stands behind every installation and we pride ourselves on customer service.

The counter tops were cut properly and the installation was average. The problem was that the granite in one of the master bathroom vanity's has an impregnated blue/green stain about the length and size of a thumb in the middle of the counter top. This is clearly a blemish that should have been cut around or at the very least discussed with me. I complained to my builder who called Carpetland. After about a month of calls they came out and brushed a solution on the granite twice in one week. It did not work. I have not seen or heard from them in over a month now. I called my builder back 2 weeks ago and they said they would be back each of the past two Monday's to try a new solution and if that does not work they will replace the granite. They have not called or shown up on either occasion. I've been in the house almost 2 months now and still don't have a solution. This is beyond poor service. I would not recommend CarpetLand for any work at this point.
