Catering Service
The owner (Rick) was very rude a yelled at me several times about different things, like the placement of tables, decorations, and lighting, etc. He also complained that one of the guests told him his cooking could be a little better. His wife (Cindy) told me she would never do an outdoor event. She described to me how she would scoop a bug from the punch, fling it over her shoulder, and then dip a glass of punch for a guest. She also told me that if she didnt like the way a person looked she would give them a price so high she knew they wouldn't take it. The staff was far from friendly, never smiled and just had the overall attitude of not wanting to be there. I will never use the Basketcase for any of my personal catering needs, nor will I recommend them to any clients. In fact, will steer them as far away as possible.
