Appliance Repair
Complete incompetence from an AHS service company. Mike came to my house to fix my freezer and after opening the freezer and saying he saw nothing visually wrong with my freezer, other than not making ice and not freezing food, he asked me to go buy a thermometer and he would be back out 3 days later to replace my thermostat. One week later I got a notification from AHS shield saying my work order was closed. I called Mike and he told me that since I didn’t call him back with the temperature he assumed my freezer was working and so he took my money, told AHS things are fixed and never intended to contact me again. This company is either a scam or completely incompetent. Do not use and do not accept a service call from AHS with this company
