I took my computer in at 4 pm on Tuesday. Tom called Wednesday afternoon notifying me that my computer was ready. He removed viruses and tuned up the computer. I had never used this provider, yet he provided the best customer service. He told me I could call with any questions I might have for phone support. He gave me all the time I needed for questions, clearly explained the problem with my computer and corrected the problem. I will use this provider again and recommend him to everyone in need of computer support.

Highly impressed with the service! He had the computer repaired in 24 hrs. Went above and beyond the repair and performed virus diagnostic and repair outside of what my regular virus protection provides. I will definitely bring all of my computer repairs to him!
