Jason figured out quickly what the problem was and had it resolved in no time. He made sure that everything was working as it should before he left. I know that any other company would have oversold me and probably told me that I needed a new system. Really glad I found them!

My husband and I own a rental house in Falkville. Living out of town, it is hard to find someone that I feel is honest and trustworthy. Most are not willing to do work and allow me to send a check for payment. Contacted Jason and was told that it would be a couple of days before he could get out to check it, so I contacted a few other businesses. After speaking with other businesses, I decided to go back to Jason since the property was vacant and I had the advantage to wait a couple of days. Boy, am I glad that I did. Within 15 minutes of telling him that we would wait, Jason contacted me and stated that he had a couple of cancellations and could be there within 30 minutes. Once he arrived, he contacted me, advised me of the problem and cost. Told him to proceed and HVAC was up and running within a few hours. As a small business myself, I prefer to work with other small businesses and I am glad that I found and used Williams Heating and Cooling. I will definitely use again if needed.

Saved me a ton of money. What happened was I had an old furnace, it wasn't working, a lot of people said it's a shame you have to replace it because they don't make them anymore that you had to replace it because it's too expensive to replace parts. I was taking bids from a lot of people, they were to replace the whole system. Marty Williams comes by and sees something no one else saw or didn't say they saw he said I believe I can fix this for you, and he did. It's been a year now, and I haven't had one problem sense.

If I had used them from the first time I had a problem I would have saved over $500.
