I talked directly to Mr. Roman, he was very polite and understanding. He promised to be out the next day. The very next morning, I was alarmed at my doorbell ringing at 8:00 am, it was Mr. Roman just as he promised. He looked over the roof, and made his decision on how to repair the damage. He gave me a price, that I thought was like a Christmas present. Mr. Roman showed up on the day he said he would with his crew. OMG! Angie, this company was amazingly fast. And to my surprise they did more than he had promised. In his words "if I can't do it right, I don't do it". This man and his company are what seniors like me,want to tell the world about. Roman's Roofing is what this country needs more of, A+ for him Angie.

Very punctual, reasonable and honest man. We had some chipped broken siding that needed to be replaced, and also had some maintenance work with re-securing shingles on the roof. Israel came on time to give an estimate and worked with us on every detail. He began work on the promised time/date and did a clean, great job. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Job was done quickly and well.

Contacted on Tuesday and crew showed up on Saturday morning and finish the job.  Cleaning up.  Price was good.  Romans asked $1200 to complete the job, another roofer earlier in the week quoted $2700 for the same job.  Can't be the quality of work, price and speed it was completed.  Very satisfied!  Will always call Romans first.

The crew showed up bright and early on the day we were scheduled.  Mr. Roman called to make sure they were on site.  The crew was very professional.  They covered the lower areas and left the job site cleaner than they found it.  All debris was removed and disposed of.  All work and clean up was finished in the time estimate we were given.  Mr. Roman came to the house BEFORE the crew left to insure work was completed properly and I was happy with the job.  Romans Roofing far exceeded our expectations.

Excellent.  We found it difficult to find a roofer in the Madison area who did a lot of work and was able to show us multiple jobs recently completed.  Roman's showed up well equipped with a large crew and they finished the house in two days.  We found that in the local roofing industry many roofing companies are simply sales companies that sell you the job and then farm it out to a subcontractor who has no incentive to do a quality job.   Roman's is different.  They sell you the job, they do the job and they provide a ten year labor warranty on their job.  They do excellent, quality work.  They are polite, friendly and cleaned up well when the job was done.  But most importantly the roof was done neatly and professionally.  They were the most cost competitive of all the local companies.   Couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of the company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I called Israel Roman to see about fixing some broken shingles on the front of the house as I had found a small leak in the roof.  He  came out same day as I called to look at the roof.  He inspected the roof and told me that in addition to the visible broken shingle, there was a cracked one just below.  He also pointed out that the boots around all of the vent pipes were cracking and recommended replacement.  He also said there was some hail damage to the roof.  As we just bought the house, it would be difficult to determine which insurance company would be handling it.  As nothing is real bad, I am forgoing any drastic roof replacement.  The roof is only 11 years old and Israel says it is a 40 year roof.  His guys came after the weekend and got all of the work done before lunch.  They were very throrough and did a visually pleasing job.  They did a good job cleaning up before they left.  It cost $600 for the shingle and boot repair; and $900 for the installation of the 3 vents.  A little pricey but I don't do ladders and roofs very well.  Had the professionals do the work.  Israel came back the next day to have a look at the work and I paid him.  I would probably call him if I needed more roofing work.  He is local to Decatur and I try to keep my business here in town.

Roman's Construction Inc was recommended by our realtor.  He was really great about returning phone calls in a timely manner and got the work done quickly.  It ended up being a bit more expensive than his original estimate, but he did a good thorough job.
