The experience was terrible. They had to come back and fix the carpet because the installers didn't do a very good job the first time. When he came back, we moved a curio cabinet out of the way and when he was fixing the carpet he knocked it over and broke it. I ended up taking them to small claims courts and they won because I helped him move it because he came by himself. It ended up costing me another $2,000. I would recommend dealing with them.

The experience started out very well, but once the carpet was installed I felt that my concerns were never looked at seriously. After contacting the company several times I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. Carpet that should have lasted 10 or 15 years did not last even six months. It is still in my home, but it has unraveled and now has holes and will have to be replaced as soon as I can afford to do so.
