I had problems finding people to service my pool; at least they responded and came out. The work seemed to be fine but this is the first time we have ever owned a swimming pool. I will use them again in the future.

  I called the Pool Doctors because of an issue with losing pressure in my pump system.  When they called to set up an appointment, I had to schedule their visit around my work schedule.  VERY CONVEINIENT! They called me exactly when they said they would. I asked for a 2pm call, and it was 2:02pm.  They met me at my house and were extremely professional.  Not only did she notify me of what my exsisting problem was, but she made me aware of some minor cracks in the skimmer box that I had not ever noticed.  She was EXTREMELY detail oriented and thorough.  We talked about repair strategies and I could tell that she was focused on what would fix the problem, not make their company rich off me.  They had to order parts and return a couple days later and just the same as before, extremely punctual and considerate. 

I am extremely impressed with this company and will be calling on their services again if needed.
