Dropped it off about July for repair - did not get a ticket (all data was put directly into a computer). Called a number of times and was never able to talk with anyone. Finally in Oct, I got through and was told the machine was repaired and had been waiting to be picked up. When it was picked up, the machine was filthy and covered in some form of dirt/grease mix since it had been being stored outdoors. Got it home and machine is repaired and works fine. It was just the lack of customer service and feedback that concerns me.

Every time we called or went in we were told something different and usually incorrect. The two times I was in the store, there were two or three people behind the counter not working. Very dirty and unprofessional.

They finished the job in one week and called us when it was ready. They replaced the knob and the lawn mower works great.

They could call me when whatever I brought in is ready. A lot of times I call to see if it's ready and they say it is when they could've just called me.
