They were the 4th plumbing company to “fix“ the problem and the only one to fix the problem. As a restaurant manager, plumbing problems are serious issue. When you bring in 4 companies in 3 weeks and only one fixes it correctly it says something.

Plumber was very responsive and quick to arrive. He was very professional and was careful with my washer when moving it. Provides excellent service. Ill use them in the future

This is a one-man company, which is the kind of provider I like to work with.  His company is accredited by the BBB.  The company is in Decatur, but he does work in Madison.  Mr. Morris was friendly, competent, and professional.  Initially my appointment was 10AM on Monday, but he did not show.  When I called him, he apologized and said he was tied up on a big job and he would be there first thing the next day.  He did show up by 9AM the next day, Tuesday.  He did a good job installing the faucet and fixing the shower leak.  He took care to clean up any mess.  He wore covers over his shoes to avoid tracking in dirt.  I was satisfied with the price.  I plan to use him again in the future.

Roy is extremely good at what he does. He is a plumber who will call you if he is running behind and will give you plenty of notice. He is usually right on time. I have recommended him a number of times.
