Most of the plants died but were replaced after repeated calls , one tree died and took over a year to get replaced. Hade some more shrubs planted o side of house and 10 out of 11 died. Called several times an after six mo. They were replaced and within six mo.they all died again I have called several times again and no response . I would not use them again and would not recommend them.

This was a very extensive landscape job involving most all of an acre lot.  We talked with 3 different landscape companies to get their ideas on how to transform an overgrown wooded acre lot into something other than the eyesore it was at the time.  We are so pleased that we chose Landscape Impact group for the job.  Our yard was probably the worst looking yard on our street before we met with Daniel and Matt.  They are the owners of Landscape Impact Group and Matt came up with a design for our acre lot. Designing a wonderful plan on paper is only half the job, implementing the design is the other half of the equation.  They excelled in both areas.  The crew arrived on time and Daniel was on site several times every day.  He kept us informed of the progress and of what the next steps would be.  He answered our questions and any concerns or problems that came up were handled to our satisfaction immediately. We were impressed with their professionalism.  They were polite and considerate of our neighbors.  There were no boom boxes and no fighting among the crew.  It was obvious that the employees were all very well trained.  They each knew what their task was, they knew how to do it, and they worked quickly and efficiently.  The crew always has a supervisor on site and Daniel introduces the homeowner to the supervisor so you can speak directly to them if you have a question when Daniel is not there.
Our yard is beautiful now.  It's been almost a year since we had the work done and still every time we come home we are amazed at what a difference a professionally executed landscape design can make.  We have had many neighbors come over to complement us on our yard and it has been wonderful to see the new landscape as the seasons change.  The outdoor lighting was a major part of the expense but it has been so worth the cost.  Daniel came by a couple of times after dark to position the lights for maximum effect.  We will have them install lighting in our side  and back yard in the future.
We were so impressed with their work that we have contracted with them to do our lawn maintenance.  We have been impressed with that aspect of their company as well.  In the past we have just used someone who does lawn care as a side job.  Believe me, having a professional lawn care service is a totally different experience.  Before, we would have to keep after the lawn care guy to do every little thing or it would be left undone.  However, with Landscape Impact Group they know what needs to be done and when it needs to be done.  We do not have to worry about it or keep after them.  We just look out the window and they have come and gone and everything is taken care of.
