I have used them for a few years but last year a different employee helped me. I have never had as much trouble with the chemicals. In some cases he had me using double the amounts I had used in the past. I ended up spending two or thee hundred dollars more than I usually spend over the summer. I think he knew exactly what he was doing. I had never had any trouble before so I will go back but if he is still there I will ask for someone else.

I had a great experience purchasing my pool there. We were having issues with the chemicals, and they couldn't get it right. I went to another pool store and bought a $13 bottle of chemicals that solved the problem. I don't think they know what they're doing now. I had a great relationship with them in the past.

They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their customer service was very good as well. Their pricing was reasonable and the quality of their work was good.
