We have over 10 years of experience, We use non toxic Bona products, which are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business. Although dust from sanding in inevitable, my system of containment and multiple daily vacuums allows you to remain in the home during the process.

I can't recommend Hagen Jackson enough. He did an outstanding job on my mom's floor, which was badly stained in places. He worked very diligently on the floor as was able to get the stains out and match the color of the floor in the damaged area to that of the rest of the floor. It's a brand new floor now!

Worked to refinish floors in an old house but would not fill in deep scratches or dents. Did not provide the sheen we requested.

"Very sorry you're not happy with the work on your floors. As discussed, matching color and sheen Is nearly impossible and never promised. Some cracks in a wood floor cannot be filled because of the filling will pop out with the expansion and contraction of the boards with changes in the season. I'm happy to come by and take a look at the floors to see if we can remedy the situation."

Hagan and his crew were professional, timely, but most important...they did great work! Refinishing 2800 sqft of hardwood is a significant task, especially when the homeowners were still living in the house. Hagan adjusted his work flow so that we were only out of the house for 3 days, something my wife and I really appreciated.
