HTI Contractors

I called about an estimate for a minor siding repair job and initially spoke to Donna who was awesome. She asked several questions to identify the scope of work then told me I would receive a call within the next two business days to set up an on-site appointment. Robert called promptly and arrived on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very informative and professional, explaining details about the job which I had not considered. Within a few days, he emailed me a quote with two options. Though I did not ultimately use them for this job, I would gladly contact them again in the future.

We were afraid that we were going to have to tear up our slab in our master bath to get to the plumming (according to Roto Rooter we were) It was Mr. Moore at HTI's professional opinion that we had more options and then he gave us the number of a superb plummer. He could have just gone to work tearing up the floor, but he looked for other solutions first. We trust Mr. Moore and HTI and if needed, we will definitely call them again!

After a pre-sale home inspection, we had a long punch list of needed repairs. I called HTI after using them for some previous home repairs. Robert Moore came out within days and had an estimate for us in just a few days. Work started very shortly after that and as new repairs came to our attention, HTI handled those very quickly. Every time one of the crews came to work, they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. The estimates were spot on, the work was done expeditiously and I cannot recommend Robert Moore enough as a foreman.
