Tenant called and said that her HVAC was not working. Being in SC and property in AL, it is hard to find someone that won't take advantage of you. I provided the tenant a list of service providers that I found on Angie's List. She chose Hilliard and I am glad she did. Michael came out promptly, located the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable rate. I definitely will keep Hilliard's name and number to use for any future needs.

It went extremely well, very nice, polite and he showed up on time. We only called him the day before and he was readily available.

I can't say enough on how good of a job Mike did, he was here when he said he would be and the work he did was great and his prices where very reasonable. I will be using him for all of my electric work I need done. I wish all contractors where like Mike Hilliard
