Very well, on time and took care of all of our problems in a timely manner. We have contracted them to maintain yearly service.

Initial visit was good. They inspected the attic, found a nest in vines on the house and set traps. I called and reported a trap tripped but nothing was caught. I was told that someone would be our that evening or the next day to reset the trap. Nobody came until a few days later and the traps were removed! We we not contacted!

I have monthly service with Defense Pest Solutions. He is very prompt about keeping appointments and is always on time. He is very conscientious about the job he does and makes sure to explain everything. The experience with Defense Pest solutions was great. The price is below what I had normally been paying. The technician was punctual and professional. I will continue to use Defense Pest Solutions and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
