I arrived at 7:45 am and explained to Darrell that my car seemed to have something loose on the passenger side. Every time I hit a bump it rattled. He told me to leave it and he would let me know what he found. He called me a short time later to tell me that the right strut had lost all it's oil and needed to be replaced. He also said that usually when you replaced one strut you replaced the other. He said the total would be a little over $500.00 and he possibly would have to keep it over night. I told him to go ahead and do the repairs. He completed the work by 3:30 the same day and no more rattles. This isn't the first repair he has done for me nor will it be the last. He does great work and I never feel like he takes advantage by saying I need unnecessary repairs. It also was a little cheaper than he originally said.

Was able to diagnose problems other garage had missed. Repaired problem and suggersted steps to prevent happeninmg again. Highly recommend
