BETTERTON GUTTER & SHEET METAL

I could not be happier with the results of their work. I had several gutter installers give me estimates but Betterton was the only one that seemed at all familiar with the half pipe style of gutter. As they began installing they found areas under the shingles where the shingles were not overlapping and as a result it allowed water to seep into the wood and eventually damage the paint on the house. They took extra care to install extra flashing up as far as was necessary to prevent leaking. After the job was done there was an area which was prone to leaking. Without rain it was hard to tell the areas that were needing extra care. They returned 2 times after rainstorms until they got the problem fixed. It really was almost a roofing issue but Danny stuck with it installing extra flashing and reinforcing and replacing shingles, until we had no more leaking at the sight. Danny was knowledgable, thorough and professional. We love the look of the shingles on the house and they are keeping the water away from our foundation. They also replaced the roofing on our carport. They replaced the black tar paper shingles with a pool liner type material. They glued it and then secured the edge and put flashing against the house to prevent leaking. It looks great! and doesn't leak. I would highly recommend them. It was expensive but the work they provided was excellent and the half pipe gutters and the hooks that are applied to the roof are more expensive than the less expensive gutter material that most gutter companies use. I feel it was worth the price.
