They didn't charge more than Big Deal price. I had expected more. He came out and did what he said he was supposed to do. He was there on time. I just called Angie's List and told them that he said; he does not have a contract with you guys.

When the worker would come out, they would spray all over yard. We have used 2 of the 3 services and it seems to have worked well. The price is good.

The service went well. The treatments went great and the pests went away. They came out once a month about 3 times. The same technician came out every time. I had no problem scheduling with the company and they came as scheduled each visit. They always called ahead to let us know they were coming. We even set up a service for next year.

Amazing! We had a terrible problem with no-see-ums. Our dog's belly and legs were covered in sores, my daughter couldn't play in the yard and my husband couldn't mow without getting 10-20 bites. Forget enjoying sitting outside with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. I purchased the 3 month treatment deal on Angie's List, my husband playing the devils advocate the entire time. I put in about my poor dog in the comments. They contacted me that evening to see if they could come the next day and expressed concern for my pup. Within a day of the treatment being applied, you could walk through the yard without a single bite. :) My Pup is all better and my daughter was playing in the backyard again.
THEN, about the same time I received my first bite in a month, I received a call to set up a day/time for my next treatment. Awesome service and product. I couldn't be happier. My husband was amazed and wants me to check the normal price and try to make sure we have them out every spring/summer...whenever the bugs are out. :)

I have only had the first treatment...hope to have the second this week! I was somewhat skeptical that spraying/fogging my yard would keep those pesky critters away, But it sure did work! For two weeks I could go out on my deck even at dusk and wasn't bothered at all. I will have this done earlier in the summer next year!

Our home was bought in March 2010 with a termite letter from this company. In April 2011 we noticed dead termites in the foyer of our home. We called this company for an inspection and the owner Lee Davis came out promptly to do an inspection.
He reported that there was a section of termites in our baseboard in the foyer and the heat had made them swarm and eventually some died in our foyer. The letter only said that there were no termites present at the time of purchase but Lee knew that we were now in the market for a pest company. Without any contract or promise from us to commit to his company he still went ahead and treated the exterior of our home with Termidor. In the affected area he drilled into our exterior brick and blasted that area with termite control. Later that week we found a small place in our bedroom's baseboard that we suspected may be impacted by termites. He sent someone out to drill into that section's exterior brick and treated it as well. In about 2-3 weeks he sent a gentleman out to replace the baseboard and quarter round in those affected areas.
Still he had only given us an estimate with no promise from us of a signed contract. We received 2 more estimates to do some price comparison for the same treatment and Academy Termite and Pest Control came in as the lowest yearly cost. How could we beat GREAT customer service and a fair price. We signed the contract and would recommend this company highly!
