Tony was very professional.  He came back twice to fix chips in the granite counter tops caused by other contractors. 

The company quickly responded to my email request and I was to call back and schedule a time for the estimate. 
I had to put the job on hold for now but I will definitely call them back when the time ids right for an estimate.

It took us 3-4 months before deciding on granite and the vendor.  Do take your time to look at slabs of granite.  The slabs vary in color and veining.  Look at the slab in bright daylight get a better idea of the color.  Watch out for excessive pitted slabs. For overhangs, especially on a bar, use reinforced brackets for extra support. We decided to use a contractor to coordinate all of the services such as the plumber, electrician, etc.

They subcontracted under my general contractor, but I paid them directly, 1/2 upon order, and 1/2 upon installation.  Consultations and installation were quick and professional.  Very happy with the final product.

I didn't actually use them because their quote was higher than other quotes. They would not do the work if they couldn't tear of my backsplash and I didn't want to tear off my perfectly good backsplash, which I felt was just hiking the price up. I got a new countertop from another company, and kept my old backsplash, and I am perfectly happy. Their response was pretty quick. They were very professional.

They were always on time, the product they offered was great and they were always very helpful.

We went to the showroom in early December and picked out the actual piece of granite from their inventory. We also chose a new stainless steel sink for about $200 which turned out to be much nicer and better quality than our old sink. To our astonishment our installation was scheduled for about 10 days later even though it was only a week before Christmas!  The 2 man crew arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They removed our old formica top and stainless sink and in very little time the new sink and granite countertops were in! During the installation one of the precut granite sides had to be shortened just a sliver. The crew had everything they needed outside in their mobile tool shop. They made the cut, finished and polished the edge, and brought it back into the house and installed it. There was a single seam which they filled with matching epoxy. They completed the job and gave us instructions about care and said to give the epoxy about 2 hours to cure before using the countertop. There was zero mess for us to clean up inside or out! My husband and I enjoy it's beauty every time we walk into the kitchen and working on it is a pleasure. Now my husband likes to prepare food for me and you can't beat that!  Note: 4 months later some shims fell out below the seam. The same young man from Kitchen Creations came back, determined he erred by not apply expoxy underneath one of the sides, (he was training a new installer that day and probably got distracted). But he made no excuses, just fixed it like new. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time; it's how they're handled that shows our true colors.
