Excellent!!! Friendly, courteous staff, knowledgeable. Did the job to our satisfaction. We liked them and their staff so well that when we were in the market for a vehicle, we bought it there!

The service was performed as promised and very timely. In and out same day service.

They're going to know exactly who I am. It was that bad. I had a check in my pocket but they didn't have the vehicle. I was willing to wait for the vehicle so they gave me a quote. So 2 days later, I went back and I asked them if they have the vehicle and they said they got it. So I went back and they would not honor their price. They quoted me at $25,900 out the door not including taxes. That was including a $500 dealer fee. What they wanted to tell me was it will be $27,400. The sales manager came out and put the used car to get the manager quote on it. We negotiated on it and I gave them the price that I wanted. He looked at it and he said they don't have that vehicle available. He said if we can do the deal that day and I said they don't have the vehicle that day and he said they can get it. So I went back a couple of days later and he wasn't there and another girl was there. I was sitting there and I told them what the deal was. They said they would be checking on it and about a minute later, my phone rang. It was the lady, who was the sales manager, calling me. They thought they were calling the sales manager but instead, they misdialed and they called my phone. So I walked around the corner where they have all the sales managers and I told them that they called the wrong number. They said they can't sell the car at the price I was quoted. I thought that was unprofessional. I felt mad but the guy was an awesome salesman. He was their most experienced salesman.

They change the oil, and keep up with the general maintenance. My car is always washed before I pick it up. I am very happy with services Tameron provides and their prices seem fair. I am going to continue to use their services in the future.
