They accidently cut an underground wire. The employees tired to cover it up so I wouldn't notice. I just happened to look out my window and saw them cover up my cut wire. Accidents happen, but they should have come to me and told me they had cut the wire. Instead they denied that they had done it and wouldn't fix it. The owner said that his employees would never do that. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them. I would tell anyone using their services to be aware of the way they treat their customers, and to keep an eye on them while they are working. I would give them an F for everything.
