GARY HALL AND HIS BOSS BOTH WERE EXCELLENT. Will know on Wednesday if everything got fixed. He set the outside generator to come for it weekly check on that day. He said if everything didn't go well to call and he would be back. Thanks so much for the quick service.

I initially gave them a very good rating, but I have changed it after my recent experiences with them. They are ill prepared to do the job and they did not have all the equipment. 2 brass water hose valves were missing after they left. They did not properly service my air conditioners the second time, but I got charged the full price, and they are overpriced. They did not follow up on electrical work done that malfunctions. They did not come prepared regarding my generator as they failed to order the parts for it. The owner told me that they had forgotten to order the parts. The second time, they failed to show up. The third time, the technician did not have the correct parts again. By this time, I do not want them back.

Electrician was very friendly & knowledgeable. He removed & replaced a faulty 50amp breaker so fast, I didn't get to finish my lunch before he was done! Am planning to hire this company for our next major project of installing new central heat/air in the very near future!
