How it went...horrible. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company...EVER! They offered to come back out and get it fixed ("as sometimes we need to make multiple attempts to fix things"), at additional charge. I would expect they get it fixed the first time. Now, as I've invested a little over $200 on a $150 dryer, I am forced to go buy a new dryer as it would be crazy stupid to spend another dollar on this one. Again, I couldn't be more displeased with the service and the way I was treated by Scott's Appliance Service. They remind me of the auto mechanic that sabotages you car so you'll keep coming back so they can keep taking your money and, even more valuable, your time. I was hoping to save a little money but instead, this has ended up costing me a small fortune. Cost of dryer...$150 Cost for "repairs"...$200 Cost for new dryer...$350 Total...$700 I would recommend you call ANYONE but Scott's.

My washing machine decided not to drain. I called and the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and the technician was professional, arrived when promised and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely call them again for appliance repair if the need arises.

Both times I've used them, they called before they came, arrived on time, and cleaned up before they left. There were different workers for the two jobs and they were both very good. I would definitely use them again in the future.
