The technician was very professional and extremely polite.  He was very conscientious about moving his equipment in and out without disturbing anything in my house.  He made sure his equipment did not make a mess and he did an excellent job on cleaning the carpet.  I will be contacting Puroclean again about cleaning my tile and hardwood floors next.
