"This is a complete lie, Marla wanted a 16 ft x 30 ft deck platform built onto her home, we built the deck platform where she wanted it but it was sitting to low so we removed it and raised it up for no extra charge for $1200.00 which is a steal, she wanted an access door added under the wrap around scurting on the and boards added over the brick work in which they wanted it for free and I was not going to do that due to the cheap price I gave them on the other labor, and I never got paid for plumbing supplies that I purchased,again Marla was very nice to work for but I just could not give anymore for free - Anthony Lett"

"This is totally a lie, we totally completed the deck job and we were given several more jobs that we completed for clay from Conrad Construction, we stopped doing his work because he was not using the proper materials that should be used and he had us working without pulling permits, as of this moment we are contacting gulf shores building. Inspectors to make them aware of this and we are calling Angi list to report his actions. We just reported Clay the owner of Conrad Construction to building inspector Jeff from gulf shores where we completed the deck for Clay, we as well installed exterior doors painted another deck for him, and we built another deck for him, with no issues, we were as well paid in full on completion of all these jobs, he got angry because we would not work for him anymore lied to Angi list and gave a bad rating in which I called Angi list and reported this."

"We definitely completed the job that we were hired to do, she needed a small amount of baseboard installed in her closets and could not get her schedule together to meet ours to do the job, we got paid for the job we did and not a penny more, this is why I do not take up front money for materials or labor until work is done and the customer has to purchase the materials."

"I am not a scammer, I did everything I could to help Linda with her remodel, and she never had any complaints as far as I know, we were there 4 weeks doing a total remodel for her, and we even helped her move from her old home to the new home, as far as the screened in porch I and Linda met with the management who approved the size of the porch and gave us the approval to build I did not know we needed architectural plans or we would have gotten them with no problem, I came down with Covid and was contacted not to come back on Lindas property, I called her to ask what was going on and I even offered to give her $5000.00 back but she texted me and said not to give her nothing nor come back so what am I to do.
