We do everything from simple (and complex) residential plumbing and commercial plumbing repairs, remodeling, new home construction and complex multi - story commercial new construction plumbing projects. All work is warrantied in writing and most all of our work comes with standard extended warranties (limitations do apply!). While on vacation my water heater started spewing water. My house-sitter called to let me know, so I called and left a message at plumb pro (they were the preferred/recommended) repair company by whirlpool. After almost an hour of hearing nothing I called back and asked if they received my message. The reply was "yeah but we are booked up and aren't taking any work". Seriously!?? That's great for you, but why would you not call me back and let me know? I've now wasted another hour and water is still flooding my garage, but I guess since they didn't need/want my business it wasn't worth returning my call. Oh, and they also wouldn't tell me of another plumber to call in the area.

"Just now read this review -- Sorry I was not able to help you. I do not often get on Angie's List to see what goes on here. I see that you heard our voice mail that we were booked up! Additionally WE DO NOT DO RESIDENTIAL (HOME) WARRANTY WORK FOR WHIRLPOOL -or- ANY OTHER WATER HEATER BRANDS!!!! Only Commercial Work. I am truly sorry that you you had a problem with your water heater, BUT IT'S PRETTY [Removed Language] to leave a negative review for me considering I didn't even do any work for you (especially considering we don't even do the warranty work you're bashing me for!!).
