Door Service
It was a one-day job. There were no unexpected issues. Once they got the door, it was pretty good.

REVIEW APPLIES ONLY TO WATSON CONSTRUCTION/Lowe's subcontractor.
Very small glitch when main store neglected to include the lockset.
Both Mr. Watsons were incredibly helpful: fixed several issues the Builder hadn't found time to fix in two years.
Correctly adjusted all external doors and installed the security door in a snap.
Everything they did works as it's meant to.
It's a shame they didn't build the entire house! Would have saved us quite a bit of grief and anxiety.

Absolutely perfect.
Took a day and a half and installer took the time to clean up after the Builder's carpet installer.
(Trash under old carpet including extra nails, food wrappers, spare wood, concrete mess and cigarette butts.)
Unable to see seams in new install and for the first time there are NO sharp things where the carpet joins tile or wood flooring.
Congratulations to Lowe's for having the good luck or good sense to hire this company!

They ordered four; two were right and two were wrong so they re-ordered the two that were wrong. They are not here yet. The installer they hired was really helpful and really nice. I think it was an honest mistake and they are doing their best to correct it; I do not feel like it is going to be a problem. I will use them again if it works the way it is supposed to.
