Tenant moved out - left house in terrible condition.....I reached out to Karpet King - they called my back right away.....came out the next day....did a GREAT job......they did what they said they would do at the quoted price......EXCELLENT

The cleaning technician was professional and friendly. All equipment was available and functioned properly. Carpet looks great. Only took about an hour.

My carpet was soaked after an air conditioning mishap, I messaged Karpet King after hours expecting to get a return message the next day...low and behold! before I could sign off my computer I had a responding message & was able to get an appointment the same evening. Not only was I satisfied, but completely educated on why it was important for my carpet to be treated for bacteria, mold & mildew. The technician was very professional & knowledgeable and arrived at my home when he said he would. He respected my home & other flooring (did not track wet area to dry area). I will definitely recommend to my friends & family..I've already scheduled an appointment for three rooms to be cleaned after the room in question has completely dried. OOPS! forgot about the deodorizing, room smelled better before technician completed the job. WELL DONE KARPET KING! U R Greattttt !

They just did my mothers house and it looked great so I decided to have mine done. The carpet looked good just like I expected but the grout was shockingly clean. It looked like new grout. I had no idea all I had to do is have it cleaned. I was almost sure that I was needing the grout stained or replaced. My wife was very happy with me. Thanks Karpet King!

They showed up on time. They walked the house with me and asked me to point out any spots or stains that I knew of that might need special attention and then they started. They did a fantastic job and the carpet looks new. The carpet however is 10 years old so needless to say I was very surprised. My mother had used a dry cleaning company for the past 10 years worried about the carpets being wet but they really weren't wet just damp for a few hours and the results were so much better than when she had it dry cleaned. The cost was roughly half of what she had been spending with the other company.

IT TOOK TWO DAYS TO DRY, AND WE USED EVERY CEILING FAN AND BOX FAN WE COULD FIND. I NOTICED IT WHILE HE WAS CLEANING IT AND ASKED HIM ABOUT IT. CANNOT CLEARLY REMEMBER HIS RESPONSE. THIS SITUATION WAS LITERALLY A NIGHTMARE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. IT SEEMS AS THOUGH HIS EQUIPMENT WAS MALFUNCTIONING AND HE DIDN'T HAVE THE GUTS TO ADMIT IT. JUST WANTED HIS MONEY. HE SHOULDN'T HAVE AGREED TO CLEAN CARPET WITH MALFUNCTIONING EQUIPMENT. I AM STILL ANGRY AFTER OVER TWO YEARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYERS BEWARE WITH ANY KIND OF SERVICE YOU ARE HAVING PERFORMED AT YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS FROM ANY VENDOR. MAKE SURE THEY ARE LICENSED AND BONDED. MAKE THEM SHOW YOU PROOF AND DON'T DO WHAT I DID, ANGRY, BUT SILENT !!!!!!!!!!

"We did everything possible to make this customer happy, even after this experience we believe it is possible to make every customer extremely happy. This one just happened to be 1 in a million. I remember this job like it was yesterday even though it was 2 years ago. It did not take us 2 years to respond to the review it took 2 years for the customer to write the review. The job was done on a Friday and the customer called on Monday and said the carpet was still wet. We don't receive calls like this so the owner rushed out to the house to inspect it and the carpet was dry. The customer complained of a musty smell so we offered to clean the carpet again and sanitize it not only at no charge but we also would refund the original cleaning price. The customer agreed. A week later we received a call from the customer stating that the carpet had a residue on it. Rather than argue with the customer and tell them we cleaned it the second time with only clean steam and no soap we offered to clean it again. The customer stated they didn't want the carpet wet again. We offered to have it dry cleaned by another company and pay the bill. That was the next step. The dry cleaning company told us there was no residue that they could find but they cleaned it anyway. We called the customer and they thanked us for handling it the way we did and told us they would give us another try when they needed it done again. 2 years later after not hearing a word they post this review. We do everything in our power to make sure that every customer is happy and ALL of our other reviews show that. I will continue to stand by the way we handled this situation."

Patrick did a fine job, and was quick. Carpets looked and smelled great after he was done. Took a few hours to dry, but he said walking on them with socks would be fine. Living-room carpet doesn't look quite as good a week later, but I suppose that is because it is 20 years old and already needs a vacuum. Lesser worn carpet still look wonderful.

When I called, provider advised me they did not move furniture and suggested I look at their website for tips to prepare for cleaning. I did that and moved chairs and decorative items, also pinned up draperies and bedskirts so the area was as clear as possible for cleaning. Provider arrived ontime (noon) with one assistant. They got right to work, thanked me for the prep work and finished in less than two hours. They told me the floor would be dry by morning. It could be walked on, but I should not replace chairs until dry. It was mostly dry the next morning. I put towels on a couple of spots just to make sure before replacing heavier chairs.
The carpets look great. The cleaning removed pet stains and white wine stains and mystery stains. I'm happy with the results.
I can't comment on the price, because I didn't call other carpet cleaners to compare prices. I wanted deep steam cleaning (high temperature steam from a truck).
I definitely would use this carpet cleaner again.

He is fabulous. He's a wonderful man. He does such a good job and his prices are great. I would expect to pay much more for the quality of work that he does. My carpets have never been this clean before. The carpet is 19 years old and looks brand new. I'm so happy with the job he did.
