My carpet was soaked after an air conditioning mishap, I messaged Karpet King after hours expecting to get a return message the next day...low and behold! before I could sign off my computer I had a responding message & was able to get an appointment the same evening. Not only was I satisfied, but completely educated on why it was important for my carpet to be treated for bacteria, mold & mildew. The technician was very professional & knowledgeable and arrived at my home when he said he would. He respected my home & other flooring (did not track wet area to dry area). I will definitely recommend to my friends & family..I've already scheduled an appointment for three rooms to be cleaned after the room in question has completely dried. OOPS! forgot about the deodorizing, room smelled better before technician completed the job. WELL DONE KARPET KING! U R Greattttt !
"We did everything possible to make this customer happy, even after this experience we believe it is possible to make every customer extremely happy. This one just happened to be 1 in a million. I remember this job like it was yesterday even though it was 2 years ago. It did not take us 2 years to respond to the review it took 2 years for the customer to write the review. The job was done on a Friday and the customer called on Monday and said the carpet was still wet. We don't receive calls like this so the owner rushed out to the house to inspect it and the carpet was dry. The customer complained of a musty smell so we offered to clean the carpet again and sanitize it not only at no charge but we also would refund the original cleaning price. The customer agreed. A week later we received a call from the customer stating that the carpet had a residue on it. Rather than argue with the customer and tell them we cleaned it the second time with only clean steam and no soap we offered to clean it again. The customer stated they didn't want the carpet wet again. We offered to have it dry cleaned by another company and pay the bill. That was the next step. The dry cleaning company told us there was no residue that they could find but they cleaned it anyway. We called the customer and they thanked us for handling it the way we did and told us they would give us another try when they needed it done again. 2 years later after not hearing a word they post this review. We do everything in our power to make sure that every customer is happy and ALL of our other reviews show that. I will continue to stand by the way we handled this situation."
The carpets look great. The cleaning removed pet stains and white wine stains and mystery stains. I'm happy with the results.
I can't comment on the price, because I didn't call other carpet cleaners to compare prices. I wanted deep steam cleaning (high temperature steam from a truck).
I definitely would use this carpet cleaner again.
