He took 15k from us and after 2 months walked off the job. He quit via text message and refused to refund any money. The contractors he hired threatened to put a lien on the house since he was not paying them. I have all documents if needed to prove this.

He was suppose to repair my retaining wall (started first of May) and he only did the demo part and made the yard worse than what it was. In late July first of August after taking 12k from us he sent a text message stating he was not going to complete the job. He left us with garbage all in the yard and the fear of the house flooding again bc of where the piles of dirt were left. He also destroyed my neighbors grass and i had to pay to replace that also. He tore down my privacy fence and ran over the gate with the backhoe. This was all after I was in a major car accident a couple weeks prior and just gotten out of the hospital. All i want is an apology and my money returned. He took advantage of the situation and ran off with our money (most was donations we had received from our work.)
